Cà Fortuny is a one-bedroom apartment that sleeps up to four. It was restored in 2025, after two years of recovery work, and sits within a quiet palazzo. The interior keeps its exposed wood-beam ceilings. With one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living space, the layout works for couples or small groups.

The apartment has air conditioning and wifi throughout. The kitchen is equipped and includes a dishwasher, and there is a clothes dryer for longer stays. Entry is by self check-in, so arrival times are flexible.

Cà Fortuny is in San Marco, a few steps from both the Rialto bridge and Piazza San Marco. The building is set apart from the busier routes while staying close to the central sights.
