This website, published by Moonlight Venice, presents a curated collection of private apartments in central Venice and lets you send a booking enquiry to the hosts. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Enquiries and bookings

The enquiry form is a request for availability, not a confirmed reservation. A stay is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us, which sets out the price, the dates, and the conditions specific to that apartment. Each apartment is hosted directly, and the contract for a stay is between you and the host of the apartment you book.

We work to keep descriptions, photographs, availability, and prices accurate, but they can contain errors or change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until we confirm your booking in writing.

Acceptable use

Please use this site lawfully: do not submit false information through the forms, do not attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access to it, and do not reproduce its content for commercial use without our permission.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, and design of this site belong to Moonlight Venice or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use.

Other sites we link to

Some pages link to third-party services, such as map providers or the hosts' listings on booking platforms. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those external sites.

Liability

The site is provided as is, without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Italian law, or affects the terms of a confirmed booking, which are governed by its own confirmation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the European Union.
